It includes two core features: Mindful Eating, which guides users to savor meals, observe emotions, and reflect on their experiences; and Purposeful Eating, which offers texture and temperature based recipe suggestions alongside gamified nutrition goals. The app features a calm, supportive interface that encourages emotional awareness, nutritional engagement, and more thoughtful eating habits.
