The ACDC (Anji Creative and Design Center) is located in Xilong Village, Anji County, Zhejiang Province, a famous white tea producing area in China. Completed in August 2023, with a gross floor area of 8320 sqm, the establishment of ACDC seeks to promote the modernization of the countryside in China through design and creativity. While introducing the concept of urban communities and urban population to the countryside, it seeks to bond the urban and the rural.

Anjihood, a tea tourism-based complex project, has been jointly developed by Shanghai Aijia Group and the government of Xilong Township in Anji County, Zhejiang Province. Spanning an area of 32 square kilometers and with a total capital investment of approximately 6 billion yuan, this project aims to transform the economic industries of Xilong Township and establish it as a world-class village centered around the white tea industry. Through the strategic planning and development of modern agriculture, education, healthcare, and tourism, we are committed to enhancing the local economy for years to come. Anjihood has risen as a sought-after tourist destination in the Yangtze River Delta region thanks to the presence of various business forms such as the Anji Creative Design Center (ACDC), Digital Nomad Anji (DNA), Leaf Tea Drinks, White Hut Homestay, PBJ Cafe, and more.
