This project is not just a collection of building, but also a fusion of cultural heritage and innovation. Deeply intertwining traditional culture with modern commercial concepts, the design team has approached the local history and cultural characteristics of Beijing with an innovative mindset, from which the core elements of commercial blocks were extracted to form the themed framework, aiming to make XY Toutiao a new and profound cultural and commercial landmark in Beijing.

With nearly 20 years of working experience, he has witnessed and participated in the development process of Chinese commerce, from the rise and fall of department stores to the rapid development and expansion of shopping mall, and then to the scene revolution of innovative commerce in the Internet era. He has been involved in the process, in-depth and continuous thinking and research.
