The Lagonaki Mountain Eco Resort is situated in a truly unique environment with incredible landscapes, so the development is designed to ensure the preservation of natural diversity. Much attention is paid to the hiking eco-tourism and acquaintance with the local culture and ethnicity. The concept inspired by the mix of gorgeous nature and rich culture of the Adyghes provides for the construction of hotels, a cable car station and related public infrastructure facilities within a compact area characterized by challenging landscape and rocky hills, as well as surrounded by relict trees.

The RTDA architectural bureau (ex. BRT RUS) was founded in 2004 as a joint venture established by INTECO Group and the German architectural bureau BRT Architekten to develop residential and commercial real estate projects. In 2018, due to the company's diversification, a decision was made to change the brand name to RTDA (RTDA LLC). The new name more accurately covers all aspects of the company’s activity: Research. Territory development. Architecture. Our mission is to create comfortable living conditions by creating a favorable environment for people and society.
